After going through the motions of clinical therapy for years, I thought there must have been something wrong with me. That I wasn’t strong enough to change my behavior, that I wasn’t receptive enough to hear what the therapist was telling me to do.
And then, by chance, I connected with Frank Lyford in 2020, and decided to (counter-intuitively) follow my gut and give life coaching a go.
Frank’s coaching has been some of the most meaningful therapy I’ve experienced on my healing journey. I was drawn to Frank by his radiant, compassionate energy; he is a pleasure to work with, and his approach returns the power to the client.
Frank offered me strategies to cultivate courage, sit in my discomfort, and he helped me in viewing my triggers as teachers. I especially recommend Frank’s services to those who struggle with an external locus of control, self-image, and self-esteem.
